Who We Are
We are a Faith Based Organization opened and supported by Metropolitan Tabernacle Church in Belfast, currently offering Rehabilitation services to Persons with Disabilities. We give care that responds to Physical, Social, Spiritual, Emotional and Psychological needs of Persons with Disabilities.
At The Metropolitan Sanctuary, we offer both Habilitative and Rehabilitative therapy to all Persons with Disabilities without consideration of social status, colour, religion or race.
All our services are rendered FREE of charge to children with disability meaning we rely heavily on donations and well wishers to support our work
WHAT WE DO
We help people recover and maintain daily living skills through occupational therapy, promoting independence and well-being by addressing physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.
We help clients of all ages recover from pain, injury, or disability by treating muscle, joint, and nerve issues through personalized rehabilitation that restores strength, movement, and independence.
We use cartons and other paper materials to create customized tools that enhance learning, interaction, and independence for people with disabilities through practical, low-cost solutions.
